My stay at this hotel had a few ups and downs. The rooms were spacious, but my experience with the service left a lot to be desired, especially with the lack of responsiveness on certain issues. It’s conveniently located near attractions, but the dining options are limited and come at a high price. The facilities, particularly the water park, were a letdown due to closures, which impacted our enjoyment.

I just returned from a week-long stay and overall, it was an okay experience. The waterpark and pool facilities were enjoyable for my kids, and we loved the spacious family suite. However, the lack of communication about shuttle services was frustrating, and we faced significant cleanliness issues during our stay, including bugs. I’m not sure I would go back here.
